Accessibility
Statement

The operators of this website, urban-base.eu, are committed to making the website accessible in accordance with the applicable legal provisions on accessibility. This accessibility statement applies to the website www.urban-base.eu.

Status of compliance with requirements

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 and the national provisions adopted on the basis thereof (e.g. Barrierefreie Informationstechnikverordnung – BITV 2.0 [Accessible Information Technology Ordinance]), as it partially complies with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 – Compliance Level AA.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
Some PDF documents and embedded media are not fully accessible (e.g. missing alternative text or structural markup).
Contrast and keyboard navigation have not yet been fully optimised on some subpages.
Some clear ARIA labels are missing to improve support for screen readers.
We are continuously working to identify and remove these barriers.

Barriers due to economic unreasonableness

Some barriers on our website cannot be removed at short notice for reasons of economic feasibility. These include:

  • Complex interactive applications: The 360° tours on our website require considerable financial and human resources to make them completely accessible. We are constantly looking for ways to improve, but due to the high costs involved, we are unable to remove all barriers immediately.

Date of this statement

This statement was created on 20 June 2025 and last updated on 20 June 2025.

The rating is based on a self-assessment by the website operators and on supporting accessibility testing tools.
